Neon is one of the main characters in Tobot series since the end of Season 2. He is current Tobot R's pilot after Dr. Noh who suffered a tragic accident.

At first, He moves to Daedo City with good intentions, but the villain Acnee notices his potential and hires him to do her evil bidding, giving him a new bike and the secret identity of the Red Rider. Neon quickly becomes friends with Ryan, Kory and Dolly, and experiences a moral dilemma.

He wears a red bandana hat with red shirt underneath his crop top leather jacket. He wears iconic dark blue grey boots and gloves (giving the pilots' clue about him being a red rider in the past episodes.). He wears black tight pants.
